When selling a riverfront condo is very similar to selling a river home, with only a couple of small changes. When selling a river condo, unless you own a townhome, there is virtually no work needed to spruce up curb appeal. Townhomes may require a small amount of work to improve the curb appeal. The time and money that you save on the exterior can be used to really make the interior of the condo shine.

It is important to create a warm and welcoming environment within your condo. Most river condos are smaller than the average As most riverfront home, which makes it very important to make the most of your available space. Give the condo a good cleaning, remove any clutter, and pack up any personal belongings you want need. This is allow you to maximize the limited space you have.

Another good idea is to have as much information as is available about the building and it’s management for the visitors benefit. Buyers will be more confidant about purchasing your condo if they know about the people and companies involved in the day to day operations of the complex.

After you’ve cleaned your riverfront condo, it’s time to stage your condo. If your condo has any unique architectural features they should be featured prominently. If your condo has a great view of the river, stage your home in a way that the river becomes the focal point of the room.

Clean the balcony and make sure it is organized. Talk to your real estate agent about other ideas and tips they can offer to improve the look of your condo. They may see things differently than you and can offer insight that you may have missed.

When your agent offers you any advice, remember they have your best interest in mind. It’s their job to help you get the most out of the sale at closing.

Resolved Question: NEED HELP STARTING….. PLEASE READ (10pts)?
How would you start this story???
Im thinking of starting it where Bambi is headed to the ranch but i don’t know im having a lot of trouble starting the first page… heres the plot summary….

Bambi (18) has had her life mapped out for her ever since she can remember. Her father was very disciplined and insisted Bambi turn out the same. But Bambi had a different outlook and she couldn’t wait to get away and find her self. She packs up after graduation and heads up north to take a job at a dude ranch that her cousin Paige, also best friend growing up, has gotten for her, leaving her fathers dreams behind.

The Ranch owners grandson and cowhand Gage (22) is known as the love’em and leave’em type ever since his high school sweetheart and fiance moved off to California to pursue her “hollywood” dreams.

Bambi can not help but be attracted to Gage despite the warnings she has received from her cousin Paige and not to mention Anna, a waitress at the ranch dining hall, who has slept with Gage a time or two. Gage is also attracted to Bambi except for all the wrong reasons, at first.

Theres the basic idea i of course am going to throw in conflict and twists but what do u think so far….. any suggestions or things u would like to see happen….

These are not really the characters names i just used them so they wouldnt be confusing like girl1 girl 2 etc

some conflict ideas are when she and gage start whatever it is there gonna start his ex fiance returns to try and make things work since shes failed and now has nothing…..

Gages best friend is also interested in Bambi and Paige has a crush on the friend….

Bambi gets taken advantage of by one of the guys at Gage’s party down by the lake and he takes care of her…

Anna could claim shes pregant to get Gage’s attention….

Resolved Question: Show her I’m not creepy?
So there’s this really really hot girl who I really like. Her name’s Anna and she’s also probably the sweetest person alive — like one of those people who will probably be in the paper one day for pulling a drowning kid out of a lake or something.

Anyway, I talk to her a lot, on facebook or aim or texting or anything like that. And I kind of have a reputation of being…well….creepy and stalkerish (basically I think she’s somewhat afraid of me and I know that all of her friends think I’m stalking her).

So besides that, how can I show her that I’m not really what people say I am? How can I let her know I’m really not as creepy as people say I am? I really want her to like me.

Also, when we talk, I usually complement her a lot. Because how can I NOT complement her? She’s effing beautiful!

So just tell me how to come off as…less freaky. Or how to make her friends stop telling her to stay away from me.
